How to make an exchange ?

How do I make a return and get my money back ?

Send us back the product in its original packaging. You have a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of your package. 

Please make sure that the returned product is in good condition and properly packed. Use the Colissimo label available in the package. No worries, the costs are at our charge!

Where can I find the return label ?

It will be provided in your package.

When will I get my money back ?

Quickly! At the latest, within 14 days following the date on which you have exercised your right of withdrawal and after reception and verification of the return of the articles.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

At home with Colissimo: the products are delivered to the address indicated within 4 to 8 working days from the validation of the order. The deadlines can be lengthened taking into account the epidemic of the COVID 19. In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice is left in the mailbox of the customer. The parcel(s) will be waiting in the post office, whose address is indicated on the notice. All packages are kept for 10 working days. After this period, the package will be returned to the company QVATTOR.

 

In post office with Colissimo: The products are delivered in the post office chosen by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the validation of the order. The customer has 10 working days to collect his parcel, provided with the collection order and an identity document. After this period, the package will be returned to the company QVATTOR. A billing address located in Metropolitan France is required to benefit from this delivery method.

 

At a merchant with Colissimo: This method of delivery is not available during the period of confinement. The products are delivered to the merchant chosen by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the validation of the order. The customer has 10 working days to collect the parcel, with the delivery notification email and an ID. After this period, the package will be returned to the company QVATTOR. A billing address located in Metropolitan France is required to benefit from this delivery method.

I can't login to my customer account

If your email address is not recognized and you have placed an order with us, your account is not activated. You just have to place an order as a guest. When you register, an activation link is sent by email, in order to activate your account, click on this link.

I want to find my old orders

Log into your customer account and click on the “my orders” tab and, magic, they are all there.

How do I track my order ?

Go to the “order tracking” section and enter your order ID in the box below. Click on the “Track” button. You can find your order ID on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
