The Terms and Conditions of Sale presented hereunder shall exclusively govern the contractual relations between 4MURS SA, a company with a share capital of 1,570,500€, whose registered office is located at 74 rue Costes et Bellonte, 57155 Marly, and the customers wishing to place an order on the site www.qvattor.com.
The present conditions define the terms of sale between www.qvattor.com and the customer, from the order up to payment and delivery.
1. Price of products for sale online
The prices of the displayed products are indicated in euros ( all taxes included ) and excluding delivery costs.

4. Delivery costs in France
The delivery charges vary only according to the delivery method and not according to the weight or volume of the order:

5. Terms of Delivery in France
Delivery is made to the location chosen by the customer (home, business, post office) in France (including Corsica, excluding excluding the overseas departments and territories). Each order is processed as soon as it is validated from Monday to Friday.
The customer can choose among the following delivery methods:
Home delivery with Colissimo : the products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer within 4 to 8 working days following order confirmation. Delivery times may be extended due to the COVID 19 epidemic. In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice is left in the customer’s mailbox. The parcel(s) will be waiting in the post office, whose address is indicated on the notice. All parcels are kept for 10 working days. After this period, the package will be returned to QVATTOR.
The products are delivered to the post office designated by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the confirmation of the order. The customer has 10 working days to recover his package, provided with the withdrawal slip and an identity document. After this period, the package will be returned to QVATTOR. A billing address located in Metropolitan France is necessary to benefit from this delivery method.
At a merchant with Colissimo : This mode of delivery is not available during the confinement period. The products are delivered to the merchant chosen by the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the validation of the order. The customer has 10 working days to retrieve their parcel, bringing along their delivery notification email and an ID document. After this period, the package will be returned to QVATTOR. A billing address located in Metropolitan France is necessary to benefit from this delivery method.
If it turns out that a package is damaged (open package, presence of impacts…) or if products are missing due to transport damage, the customer may refuse the package. The customer will then have to fill in the form with the indication “Refusal for damage”.
If the customer does not receive their package within the delivery time indicated, it is advisable to contact customer service via contact.
After review by the customer service department and with the customer’s consent, QVATTOR will deliver or reimburse the customer.

Each order is processed as soon as it is validated from Monday to Friday.

Should the customer be absent at the time of delivery, the package(s) will be held at the customer’s disposal at a designated collection point. The customer will be notified of the availability and the address of the respective collection point. The collection deadline differs according to the country of delivery:
Germany, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia: 5 waiting days.
